BROWN SAUCE OR PAALAT

BROWN SAUCE OR PAALAT

Ingredients: ¼ C. sugar 2 Tsp. Soy sauce 1 C. broth 1 Tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. cornstarch dispersed in 2 Tbsp. water garlic, minced

Blend first 4 ingredients together. Bring to boil. Thicken with cornstarch. Sprinkle with minced garlic and serve.
