POLVORON
Ingredients: 2 C. flour ½ C. melted butter ½ C. sugar ½ C. powdered milk
Toast the flour in a carajay. Mix with other ingredients. Use a chocolate molder. Fill this with the toasted flour mixture. Pack tightly. Draw out the polvoron from the mold. Wrap in colored Japanese paper. Keep in tightly covered wide mouthed jars or can until ready to serve.

- Christine is currently the Recruitment Manager of www.exeQserve.com, an Outsourced HR Services Company, and an HR Consultant for a very reputable IT company www.cheqsystems.com; wherein she established the human resource of the said company as the HR Officer. Prior to her full engagement in HR, Christine had hands-on experience in the IT industry as a Junior Programmer, Operations Support Specialist and an AS/400 Systems Administrator, handling back-end nation-wide processes for Security Bank Corporation. She had teaching engagements with two very respectable universities - the University of Santo Tomas and Jose Rizal University. Her exposure to different industries, gave her the experience in dealing with various organizational structures, and various personalities. Christine is an active member of Toastmasters International (Butter n’ Toast club), and co-facilitator for team building activities for various organizations. She achieved her Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Santo Tomas; she is also in a continued battle against endometriosis.
