POLVORON

POLVORON

Ingredients: 2 C. flour ½ C. melted butter ½ C. sugar ½ C. powdered milk

Toast the flour in a carajay. Mix with other ingredients. Use a chocolate molder. Fill this with the toasted flour mixture. Pack tightly. Draw out the polvoron from the mold. Wrap in colored Japanese paper. Keep in tightly covered wide mouthed jars or can until ready to serve.
